Approved Fear RP + MG + Stalling | 94096 + 79064

This guy is going to pass me money as i am corrupt and hes paying so i let him go. he said to go bank so i take him to bank. hes stalling and taking around 2 mins to pass me the money, his friend appears and while im pointing a gun at him, he runs away into his friends car so this is Fear RP. They are clearly meta gaming otherwise how does his friend know where we are?

takes 2 mins to take the money out yeah makes sense, and also before this i know they were MG as this same person tried to kill me before. also not an illegal carbine skin as it has been made clear by admins thats its legal
