As u can see he is a new guy so may be he don't know about that but this POV record all overlays just give him a chance. I am sure he will not do this again. I sure he don't know about that we can't use OBS to record pov. For my side just give him a chance.

Yes , and obs is not allowed as people used it to hide overlays and this guy didn't so should be fine
