2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

  • I feel i will be a strong candidate for the Leader of LSPD because i am fair, caring and always happy to help. I feel that all people whether law enforcement or civilian should be treated with the same amount of respect to show at all times we equally care about all the people in the city the same.
  • I feel that with my previous experience i could make LSPD great. I have spent most of my life in the city as law enforcement and i have picked up many things from multiple ORGS that i will use to coordinate and strategies LSPD. I feel coordination is the key factor in all of the legal orginizations, without good coordination and communication everything will go wrong.
  • I will ensure that HC positions are earned, regardless of whether the officer in question has held an HC post in the past. They will need to demonstrate their worth to the ORG as well as to myself and my Deputies. The fact that there are far too many HCs in organisations these days affects the younger officers, who feel they will never fill these posts because they are always filled.
  • The new police joining the city, not only LSPD, don't seem to be receiving as much attention or training as they need to. Under my direction, HRT would devote all of its efforts to training these officers in addition to conducting its customary open hiring and recruitment processes. For each unit that is hired and trained inside the organisation, HRT will get incentives such as departmental bonuses. This is a wonderful approach to balance effort and reward so that officers constantly feel appreciated and rewarded.
  • If i was Leader i would ensure all situations are attended with maximum proffesionalism and efficiency using great communication to coordinate all events/attacks.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

I will instruct all officers to utilise RP commands (such /me /try /do) as often as possible while they are under my leadership. Although they may be used in every circumstance, RP commands are frequently overlooked. These commands can be used in a variety of ways to enhance the RP experience for all participants. Additionally, I'll make sure that every problem is handled forcefully and effectively. I believe the new checkpoint will make the roadways much safer for our folks. More of our citizens are protected from danger and robbery as more persons are screened at the checkpoint. I would try to ensure 2/3 officers are always at the checkpoint and this would tie into traffic enforcement.

Secondly i beleive that a good strong relationship with all organizations will maximize the RP for all involved, LEOS are meant to work together so a strong bond and relationship is always needed. I feel hate between the ORGS ruins this, I would always ensure my officers are holding the up most respect for EVEYONE.

Departments.

Traffic enforcement
- This department will ensure our city and roads are always clear of illegally parked vehiclesm they will work 24/7 around the city ensuring our roads are a safe place for all. Secondly they will conduct regular checkpoint checks to ensure all people coming into the city are clean and nit carrying illegal items that can harm anyone. This department will uphold 2/3 officers always at the checkpoint.

HRT ( Human Resource and Training ) - HRT is one of the most important departments. With the correct Troopers running this department then it ensures all new officers are epuipped with the knowledge they need. I feel this department is key to LSPDS success.

PR ( Public Relations ) - Public relations is the department that will deal with the backlash from civilians that will come from law suits and subpeanas. They will also help to bring LSPD closer to the public by holding events that give out great rewards and prizes. I feel if citizens see this, they will be more enticed to join law enforcement jobs!

SWAT ( SWAT ) - This department are the Elites, they will always have maximum coordination and response times will be short to all events. SWAT will be the ones to lead events and negotiations as they are the elite department that are specially trained to do this.

IA ( Internal Affairs ) -In my opinion Internal affairs is the most important department in the ORG. With a strict IA leader this will ensure all mistakes are dealt with accordingly. With no favouritism involved all officers will recieve necassary punishments depending on the situation. This department should be kept top secret at all times and no one thats not involved with IA should know IA's business.

UC ( Undercover ) - Undercover is there to help FIB with the evidences, many evidences can be found throughout the city as there is always multiple crime families and gangs enforcing their ways on our lovely civilians. Being close to the black market also makes busts a must. Busting criminals is a great way to make our city safer and get the arms dealers of off our streets.
