2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1-> I flew in the city around a year ago and I wanted to gather up as much experience and knowledge so I could be a future leader so become very patient because I know that I need to trust the progress as much possible so I firstly started as a hod in fib and I work hard and I had achieved deputy director of FIB and I got multiple opportunities to be a deputy in Sahp and lspd and I had been in the state side for a long while now I had decided to be bad boy and I joined vagos as a underdeputy and followed in ballas and I had multiple good relationships with leaders and deputy’s and good turfers and so I got offered deputy leader in marabunta and I feel in love in crime side.
2-> so I basically wanted to lead my own gang but not only a gang a family so we respect each other so we understand each other in gang events we will have our own communication so Leo’s don’t know our game plan and we can a big advantage over them.
3-> me and my deputy’s will one on one interview HC and decide if he/she is good fit for our gang and know good mass of rules and we will train them if needed, my turf leader will one on one decide with turfer he wants and he will interview then if they know all the capture rules and will train them in the arena so they can win all the turfs, he will have two deputy turf leaders so they can help him while he is not in the city to overall help him.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1-> to improve rp line overall being more active we will have gang task for all ranks so basically we will have a task for every rank, the higher the rank the harder the task is, this system will prevent any in activity and we will give Bonuses if they complete them and so we have max units at each event we do.
2-> we will only invite well skilled members that know the rules of ghetto and general so we will not have any headless chickens in the events being unprofessional and so we don’t get warnings.
3-> me and my deputy’s will be very active so the gang will attend all events all the time ( clans, battleship, subs, informal)
And so the gang will be on top all times and we will dish out bonuses who attend events so the members never get bored and will get prizes.
4-> we will have a system if approved from the senior curator, if there is a member being loyal, hardworking everyday , making us win good amounts of territory we will give out huge bonuses end of the week ( 1st : 150k 2nd : 100k 3rd : 50k )
