1.In order for a legal organization to operate smoothly, it is essential to cultivate positive relationships with other legal entities. I will ensure that our organization maintains strong connections with all legal counterparts, allowing us to offer assistance when needed and receive support in return. This collaborative approach will contribute to enhancing our overall rapport and engagement with these organizations

Introduce Certifications This is gonna benefit the org a lot as it will play a key factor That The Troopers Wont Be Bored From The Organisation As They Have To Get The Certification To Use Those Guns For Ex Heavy Weapon Certifications So It Will Create A Roleplaying Experince In The Organisations

1. Communication
Active Use of Radio ALL THE TIME so that Important Information can be transmitted through Radio. Will make Sure Every One In The Organisation is Professional On Radios So It Makes A Org Much More Professional.
2. Introduce Certifications
This is gonna benefit the org a lot as it will play a key factor That The Troopers Wont Be Bored From The Organisation As They Have To Get The Certification To Use Those Guns For Ex Heavy Weapon Certifications So It Will Create A Roleplaying Experince In The Organisations
3. Inter organization relationship
For a Legal org, to run perfectly it needs to have a good relationship with other organizations. I will make sure that SAHP Is Having A Great Relationship Between The Orgs And I Will Help In Improving The Roleplaying Experince In The Organisations

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I have been part of SAHP for more than 5 terms including both EN 1 and EN 3 and i think i have enough experience to lead SAHP. I have spent my RP life working for this organization. I have good knowledge of everything that revolves around this organisation. I believe I am able to manage the SAHP and choose the right people who will be able to accompany me in this project, bringing innovations and important services for the city.
- In prior terms i saw that SAHP was not able to get enough units in events and was facing activity issues most of the time. I will make sure that the org is active all the time. Departments Heads will be given to people who have experience and knows how to keep department active at all timezones and knows how to conduct special operation and knows how to deal with stressful situation calmly rather than to any org hopper. Promotion will be given to units who are very active and doing their work properly. New bonus scheme will be introduced so that units come on duty. I will host events , trainings and many activity so that units in the organisation doesnt get bored and leave the organisation.
- I have been been Leader of National Guard and I how to deal with internal issues and I will try to keep SAHP active as my NG term was. I will make sure that Human Resource department is given to an active individual as its one of the main department in the organisation. I will make sure open recruitment is being done at least 3 times in a week.I will have qualified staff who will be able to cover me when I am not in the city and therefore be able to have full control of the department at all times.Strict punishment will be given to units who dont follow / break the rules.
