Effective communication is crucial for any organization, and maintaining constant radio contact is key to transmitting crucial information. It's important for all members to have a high level of proficiency in radio operations to enhance the professionalism of the organization.
2. Certifications-
To prevent boredom and create an engaging role-playing experience, introducing certifications such as heavy weapon usage can provide a significant advantage for the organization.
In order to operate smoothly, it's essential to establish positive relationships with other entities. I am committed to fostering strong ties with the San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP) and contributing to an enhanced role-playing experience for both of our organizations.

- I have been a member of SAHP for over five terms, encompassing both EN 1 and EN 3, and I believe that my experience qualifies me to lead this organization. I have dedicated my RP life to this group and have developed a deep understanding of all aspects of the organization. I am confident that I can manage SAHP effectively by selecting the right individuals to support me in this project. Together, we will bring innovation and essential services to the city.
- In previous terms, I noticed that SAHP struggled to secure enough units for events and faced ongoing issues with activity. I am committed to ensuring that the organization remains active at all times, with department heads appointed on the basis of their experience and ability to maintain activity across all time zones. They must also know how to conduct special operations and handle stressful situations calmly, rather than being org hoppers. Units who are highly active and perform their work well will be promoted, and a new bonus scheme will be introduced to encourage units to come on duty. I will also host events, training sessions, and other activities to keep members engaged and prevent them from becoming bored and leaving the organization.
- Having previously served as the Leader of the National Guard, I am well-versed in handling internal issues and will strive to keep SAHP as active as my NG term was. I will ensure that the Human Resources department is led by an active individual, as this is one of the main departments in the organization. I will oversee open recruitment at least three times per week, and I will have qualified staff who can take control of the department when I am not available. Strict punishment will be imposed on units who break the rules or fail to follow them.
