I got Robbed and shot at So i went to the Police station and when heading back the same way he gets shot and killed out of my car, i drove up the road and armed myself as i was already shot and i got there fired some shots and i got killed as i was outnumbered and whilst i am dead i get put in jail for FRP????? I need assistance to get out because there was no warning or nothing how can i get shot and killed but im the one punished for shooting back

I was responding one situation there while my tag was on. You came there, you didn't give any demands before shooting to them.
6.15 When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them. | WARN
So when I was giving your punishment, I was following this rule.
