You must give demands before shooting someone in a state object as its an ic evet also once he saw my vehicle he just opened fire which is fail rp or random death match

as it a circle event I would like to request his pov to show where he gave demands or any roleplay that took place before.
1.7 All participants of all events under all spheres must record POV and hold it within 48 hours | 30 days ban
