I hope this message finds you well. I recently received a ban due to my inability to provide video evidence, which was caused by technical issues with my NVIDIA software. I want to emphasize that the kill that led to my ban was legitimate, and I have always played fairly. I apologize for not responding within the six-hour timeframe; I was at work and couldn't access my pc. I acknowledge the deletion of my NVIDIA videos was a mistake and apologize for any inconvenience. I am willing to cooperate fully and provide any information necessary to verify my integrity, including allowing checks on my computer. I kindly request a review of my case and the removal of the ban on my account. I am committed to fair play and ethical gaming practices and wish to continue enjoying the GrandRP community
