Rejected Warning and Jail Time for RDM / Eternal Balenciaga

At the time of this shooting me and my family had just finished a fam raid and after the 'Babis' lost they decided to initiate on us which led to a firefight at their fam house. During the fight they had multiple cars all white pull up to help them (Back-Up) when the all white P1 pulled up I assumed it was them and due to us being initiated in the fight I started shooting. I do not believe this is RDM as there was no way of knowing that this was not Babis.

this clip as well was for RDM and the people were shot for the exact same reason

we were fighting Babis and these people were clearly coming as back up because they got smoked

and at these occasions we were still being shot by Babis so it was not RDM as we were still initiated

I dont have pov but you could probably request for longer pov from them, seen as they were desperate to report me they probably all have it

Only reason why they reported was because they got spit on in a fam raid and they set us up and got spat on once again
