I have learned that my account on the Grand RP server has been banned, and I am writing this defense letter to clarify the matter. First and foremost, I want to deny the claims that my account was sold or transferred to someone else.
I must confess that I downloaded a third-party application called Redux while using my computer. This application inadvertently led to the compromise of my account. Considering the fact that Redux is designed by its creators, and that I was unaware of this situation, I assert that the allegations of my account being sold to another person are unfounded.
Furthermore, I recently relocated from Turkey to the United States and did not provide any information about the changes in the security of my account. I acknowledge that this may have jeopardized the security of my account, but I want to emphasize that I had no knowledge or consent regarding my account being sold or transferred to another individual.
I am willing to provide any assistance necessary to prove that my account was compromised and that this incident occurred beyond my control. I am also committed to taking the necessary steps to enhance the security of my account and prevent similar issues from happening again.
In conclusion, I request a fair evaluation of the situation, taking into consideration that my account was wrongly banned and that it was compromised. I have invested a significant amount of effort into this server, as it is the first server of its kind.
