As she Cuffed me while i was in an animation and claimed i had a balaclava on after this she dragged me and then searched me while i was being held by the officer meaning she searched me while she had no hands free in RP terms, she Power gammed as she did not let me go an then searched me

She does have 2 hands so she can hold you with one hand and search with the other​
