3.Cycled inside of the GZ (Gas Station) which means he left the RP because im no longer allowed to shoot at him and instead he was able to heal up. RP continued when he left the GZ. Once i killed him i died and his friend who was following him along in the car the whole time mercy killed him (Possibly in Marabunta but in a personal car)

4.Meta gaming by setting meeting points while getting robbed (Self Admitted). Stalling by not listening to demands so backup can arrive. Fear RP while he is stalling so he can distract. Also runs away while he has guns pointed to his head and insults the people with weapons in their hands
