2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I have a deep passion for the server's community and its themes. I've been an active member for a long time and have a strong understanding of the server's culture, values, and goals. And about that why I want to be Leader is , I have a Strong experience in all the leos and have a leader experience too , not only in leos also crime too I have been deputies multiple times so if I get a chance to be a leader again I ll defiantly prove my self again .
IF I get a chance to be a leader I can make its future better and will try to make its best , with the help of my leadership skills I can surely believe that i can achieve my goals to the fullest , and help my employees to achieve their goals too . Its like I have done multiple missions,countless ammo runs,100s of ghetto patrols and more or less leading multiple mission like Store robberis , gun stores and Black market raids with 99 Percent of success rate ,
so i strongly believe that I can do my best as a leader .
I will be focusing more on collaboration with all the orgs and their leaders at last we have a common goal among ourselves so together we can make our days better and our missions successful .

These all the departments being continued from ages and will be same like wise these are one of the most important divisions
but I would like to add one more division that is
Air Force because we have been facing multiple problems regarding store robberies and gun stores as will with the help of air force we can focus mainly of landing on roofs we will be training them for where can we land perfectly and with the awareness every one will be getting the know too
with this we can improve RP also because for them it will be a new scenario and they will enjoy too .
We can also Establish an in-game training academy where new recruits undergo realistic training sessions. This could include firearm training, pursuit driving courses, and scenario-based exercises to prepare them for real duties.
This can be really and they will enjoy their RP.

This is one of the most important for LSPD so some times it becomes little bit boring for the player for increasing the towers in the city we can give some gifts or give them a little bit high bonus so they can be motivated and they will help the roads clean .

PR We will be increasing the details which we share to the public and our success rates on mission so they would love to join LSPD.
IA will be only working under me and my deputies so there will be conflicts between my units and 0 toxicity and directly i can handle the situation .
SFs Special forces getting most good shooters so that they can Handel any situation .
Under cover Helping FIB to gain more evidence this is most fun department giving max bonus or we can give a agent of the week to keep them motivated
