2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
-When I first join the gangs I have no clue about it. But with time I improved myself very well. And I climbed ranks one by one to the deputy. I have so much experience being a deputy for many gangs. With this experience I will take BALLAS to the top. I had lead one of the best families in en1 which was Pickles and I think I can lead BALLAS as well. With my experience and skills I wont let any member of my gang let down.
-I have good comminication and listening skills. With that I will try to solve the situtations and help every members who wants to contribute our gang. I will teach everyone in my gang who don't know what they are doing and I will help to improve themselves for the greatness of our gang. I also won't let any toxicity in our gang. With everyones help and knowladge we will be the best gang in the LOS SANTOS.
-The BALLAS is going to change with me leading. And my family FAKE also with me. Every one of my experienced friends will help me to get our achivement. Together we are going to dominate every event and every turf we attend. Me, my deputys and my 50 active members are ready for this journey.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
-I will make sure everyone knows the rules. Rules are the principle that forms in humanity. Because without rules rp situations and our fun will be ruined.
-Sometimes OOC and IC situations can be confused. If everyone knows about what they are rp situtations would be great.
-Toxicity in ourselfs sometimes broke down. We must control ourselves and not reflect this on anyone else. Because toxicity is not a good thing to be proud of.
-More events we attend more fun brings with it. Thats why I will organise daily events and make sure everyone is having fun.
