In the POV you posted it was clear you could move your screen around while dead on the floor before you called for an ambulance. This is not allowed, therefore you received punishment for GR4.1. It is up to my chiefs if they will let you off with this or give you a reduced ban.

The GR4.1 is fair in my eyes, i'll leave a reduction of time up to my chiefs.
