Additional information
1. Leader of Federal Investigation Bureau
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1) I believe I'm a good candidate for leadership, having 2 successful terms as FIB director behind my back, deputy of several state orgs, and before that high command for multiple terms across every state organization except for EMS. I was never an org hopper coming to organizations for ranks, I was always doing my job in helping run the org.
2) My first run as the leader of FIB was decent, but a lot of mistakes were made and a lot of things I didn't account for, I want to do it right and prove to myself and others that my potential as a leader is much more than people could see in my previous leadership. I've already taken steps to fix some of the mistakes I made as a leader before.
3) I believe with the correct approach, the level of RolePlay in FIB, state orgs, and en3 overall can be increased and be much more enjoyable. I want to use the opportunities being a leader gives you to create good RP everyone can enjoy and to show people there are multiple ways to have fun in GrandRP that don't necessarily involve just shootouts and events.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1) Be in contact with all members of the organization, both high and low ranks. Receiving feedback and being on the lookout to constantly improve RP in the org and just overall focusing on people having fun.
2) Developing a proper training program is something I have wanted to do for a long time already. As of now, I don't see any proper instructions that would be followed when training people, which leads to them breaking the rules, not being prepared to handle different situations, and just overall a lower quality of RP.
3) Having the leadership and high commands of the org be focused on displaying professionalism and good RP to encourage others to do the same and overall being a good example for new players joining the server.
4) Not being afraid of doing new things, bringing new IC events, experimenting with different ways of running the org in constant search for improvement.
