Incorrect Format evidence must be 1 minute + in

complaint.​
He told me to please refer to Rules for Filing a complaint but as per the Sam: -
The administrator has the right to refuse to consider the complaint if:
  • Evidence is cropped or edited (must be 1 minute+(exceptions might be, when you can understand the whole situation for less than 1 min)).
In this there is exceptions might be, when you can understand the whole situation for less than 1 min, and I think in my threads its completely visible that the guy did Gz 1.1
and I don't have any problem to upload 1 min POV but think he should have knowledge for what clearly stated in Rules for Filing a complaint.
