Hello Lebron, I got a false RDM warning I say this because it is obvious in the clip given on both sides he took the gun out first and even aimed it at me and as they have armor on and hopped out of the helicopter all tough ready to shoot with attitudes why would I think that they arent going to shoot especially if they have GUNS AND ARMOR ON, AFTER DROPPING SOME ON THE FLOOR THAT IS SHOWN IN BOTH POVS. So pulling up to the situation I know that they are armed and also hooligans as they are lighing off flares and what it looks like its fireworks as well so they are reckless already and that is in my mind before i pull up and see the items that he is dropping infront of me.

Also according to the Gun Law Article 1 section 5 states

So I am allowed to shoot at someone if they are putting my life in an immediate danger and as a police officer I see other people around us and I want to take down the threat immediately, I am just doing my job following the law. Also with the armor that he had on it is also considered illegal and colored.

I was going to also roleplay this law with him instead of shooting that's why I didn't immediately shoot I was going to ask them to put it away but they took out the gun and aimed it straight at me instead of just holding it out so he brandished and was public carrying with no reason. I opened fire as he started to aim at me, if they only kept it out and didn't aim it straight at an ON-DUTY fib officer he would not have been killed.

Also in the POV you see I am not clapping everyone around me like its a game, I only take down the threat needed to neutralize the situation. I told them to leave so they wouldn't get any charges ( I was feeling nice) But no they had to come back out like I was trying to be a gangster to them I just wanted to help em out.

Usually I should say before I shoot the gun but there was a delay of time that they took out the guns and started to aim them at me so I took it upon my self to shoot them as there may have been grave consequences so as the protector of the city FIB officer I took them down to make sure 3rd parties dont hit either.
