I don't have past experience as a leader of any org but I am capable of leading any organisation as I have been at honourable ranks in legal and illegal orgs.
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I want to be the leader of the organization as I think right now according to me I will be a suitable person to be leader due to the following reasons.
As mentioned above I have past experience in many orgs as high command so I am well experienced and can do good level of RP WITHOUT breaking any rules.
I am not toxic and I am friendly in nature always eager to tell anything a new person in gang and hence I can keep the gang environment toxicity free and clean.
I will make a healthy and enjoyable experience for anyone in the org
I have leadership qualities and I think according to me if I become the leader I can head the organization towards being the best gang in this server. On a side note one of my goal as being the leader will be to do atleast 3 events daily except clands. Hostage situation, store robbery, fz raid and etc
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Maitain the value and quality in high command instead of distributing ranks to everyone I will. Keep the high command and the upper ranks clean and only experienced non toxic people will be given the ranks.
Before choosing deputies or high command I will be personally taking their interview.
I will organise atleast 3events daily and give bonus to everyone attending to keep the people engaged in gang rp and they shall never get bored hence more rp in the server and overall a enjoyable environment.
