Im applying for the Leader of Front Yard Ballas

Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

I was once the leader of Los Santos Vagos in the first time I have my Orga through the first term and that with performance at 2 times went off to the Ballas leadership where I had the goal to build stronger and better me what I have tried the 25 days and had managed in the time with 31 areas and an average online number of member +40
we were the gang with the most cland earnings but a bad submarine count so now I would want to take over Vagos again and make the best out of the 3 tries then and fill my goals:
100% Turf
All ammo and weapons over 100k
To reach terrorist level


Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organization.​

When recruiting, I make it a point to know the rules very well. I think it's important to recruit mature people who are event friendly and fun to RP with and enforce.

I think events are very important because they help the gang and give players a change of pace. Events relieve boredom and provide fresh air and action for the gang members.

I would like to introduce a minimum visa level of 5 to increase the RP in the gang. I have a lot of experience in recruiting people and would take this very seriously as I value having good and ambitious people in the gang.

Misbehaviour, disloyalty or disrespect will be dealt with severely. Punishments can range from fines to bloodbaths. I won't tolerate this in my gang.

I know from experience that it is good to organise small events within the gang or plan a larger event with other gangs, such as boxing matches, car races or betting. I have organised a paintball tournament. I would also introduce a personalised Blood-In and Blood-Out to bring fun and RP closer to the members.
