2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
My advice for improving RP would be to ensure that all officers are correctly usig the radio and radio codes, i have seen recently in orgs that the radio is no longer as proffesional as it used to be, if radio codes and badge numbers are correctly used then this will ensure improved RP, also the use of RP commands as i have mentionned in the above section. Second, I think that having solid, strong relationships with all organisations will increase everyone's return on investment. Since LEOS are designed to collaborate, these relationships must constantly be strong. Since I believe that animosity among the ORGS undermines this, I constantly make sure that my officers are treating everyone with the utmost respect.
Departments.
Traffic enforcement - This department will ensure our city and roads are always clear of illegally parked vehiclesm they will work 24/7 around the city ensuring our roads are a safe place for all. Secondly they will conduct regular checkpoint checks to ensure all people coming into the city are clean and nit carrying illegal items that can harm anyone. This department will uphold 2/3 officers always at the checkpoint.
HRT ( Human Resource and Training ) - HRT is one of the most important departments. With the correct Troopers running this department then it ensures all new officers are epuipped with the knowledge they need. I feel this department is key to LSPDS success.
PR ( Public Relations ) - Public relations is the department that will deal with the backlash from civilians that will come from law suits and subpeanas. They will also help to bring LSPD closer to the public by holding events that give out great rewards and prizes. I feel if citizens see this, they will be more enticed to join law enforcement jobs!
SWAT ( SWAT ) - This department are the Elites, they will always have maximum coordination and response times will be short to all events. SWAT will be the ones to lead events and negotiations as they are the elite department that are specially trained to do this.
IA ( Internal Affairs ) -In my opinion Internal affairs is the most important department in the ORG. With a strict IA leader this will ensure all mistakes are dealt with accordingly. With no favouritism involved all officers will recieve necassary punishments depending on the situation. This department should be kept top secret at all times and no one thats not involved with IA should know IA's business.
UC ( Undercover ) - Undercover is there to help FIB with the evidences, many evidences can be found throughout the city as there is always multiple crime families and gangs enforcing their ways on our lovely civilians. Being close to the black market also makes busts a must. Busting criminals is a great way to make our city safer and get the arms dealers of off our streets.

- I wish to lead LSPD for a number of reasons, including my extensive experience in legal organisations, particularly SAHP but also LSPD. I believe LSPD has the potential to grow into the greatest legal organisation in the city with the appropriate leadership and deputies. I want to lead this organisation to be the finest with the aid of my carefully picked Deputies. I will utilise all of the skills and information I have gained while serving as a Deputy for four terms to make this organisation proud. I gained knowledge of the organization's complete operation while I was Undersheriff. Activities will be held to the highest standards under my leadership. I believe LSPD play a crucial part in maintaining the city's peace.
- I feel if i was given a chance at leadership i could make this organisation flourish by aiding all newer officers in the ORG. I would make a great HRT team to ensure recruitments and training is always ongoing, ensuring correctly trained officers being provided all the things they need to be great officers in our wonderful city!
