Ans: I am writing to express my sincere interest in the leadership position within NG. After careful consideration, I have identified three compelling reasons why I am eager to take on this role and contribute to the growth and success of this organization.
1.Passion for the Organization's Mission:
I am deeply aligned with NG's mission and values. Having followed your impactful work closely, I have been consistently inspired by the positive change your organization has brought to the community. By becoming a leader within NG, I see an opportunity to channel my passion and commitment into making a tangible difference in the lives of those we serve.
2. Leadership Experience and Skillset:
Over the years, I have honed my leadership skills through diverse experiences, including (EMS, LSPD, FIB, NG High Command). These experiences have equipped me with the ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate effectively with teams to achieve common goals. 3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Ans: as a Leader i want improve given below.
• Previously when I was in other organization (LSPD,FIB and SAHP), I saw everytime there was short of ammo. So If I become leader then I will solve this.
• I will hire experienced deputy who will manage and solve every situation easily.
• I will advise my HR's to give our soldiers proper training that will help them to improve the RP. So they will never do any mistakes that's bad for our Organization.
• If we will give a good bonus to our soldiers then it will help to increase their work engagement.

Event Bonus:
Ammo Run: 5k per run (can be increase)
FZ raid: 10k (if won)
