Hello there! I know what you want to say they didn't get punishment because they were doing next to you in my eyes you weren't victim of sexual harassment and other guy didn't say anything while they were doing these animations. If he was uncomfortable he could make his own complaint by his own POV thats why I didn't give punishment for GR 6.9. Enjoy your day!
