Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report

ID 95401 will receive punishment for VDM
How ever ID 61038 will also receive punishment for Meta Gaming
I do not see any NLR as the suspect ID 24960 came back into the same place after crash so could have been revived as well as there in insufficient evidence from ID 61038 for the whole situation due to all the evidence being clipped or edited.​
