While i was going Harbor, one car coming from ghetto and rammed me. He blocked me to enter ghetto then without any reason he tries to arrest me. As you can see i wasnt wear bodyvest or holding gun.

You were placed under arrest because your car was wanted at the time meaning we had suspicion that you committed a crime. However you weren’t the guy in the end and he uncuffed you and apologised.
However I do not know why he was in the ghetto and I am yet to find out why!

He was going Harbor event which is OOC event so it can not be metagaming. And Turkish admin confirmed that speaking we were in event area and he was not looking for help.

Anyway, this guy is blacklisted on EN3 (IP Banned) for Racism, Stalking and Harassment. I don’t think he should be allowed to play over here on EN2.

en3 and en2 are very different servers and you are doing everything you can just to avoid getting a warning from lspd, it's very funny, I have a pov record in that application, but I was banned because the admins saw that it was the right thing to do and there was no problem with me playing in en2 You will not escape the LSPD Warning, you are clearly at fault here, don't try to change the subject.

the forum opened is not on your behalf, the admins took it under review and will make the right decision. Even if he apologized in the pov recording I threw, it is clear that he clearly made a mistake and I, as a family leader, could not help my players in the harbor event just because of this mistake of the police, I think you should give your training to the next one more accurately.

Dear Admins,
I am writing to respond to a complaint filed against me by ByRuke. I understand that I am being accused of violating the rules of the game by opening fire on an unarmed suspect. I want to assure you that I did not act recklessly or irresponsibly.
On the day in question, I was chasing a suspect vehicle that matched the description of a vehicle that had been involved in a crime. When I finally caught up to the suspect vehicle, I ordered the driver to stop and exit the vehicle. However, the suspect refused to obey my commands and attempted to flee.
I was forced to open fire on the suspect in order to stop him from escaping. I understand that this is a serious decision, but I believe it was necessary in this case. The suspect was in a vehicle that was suspected of being involved in a crime, and he was refusing to obey my commands. I had a reasonable belief that the suspect was a threat to public safety.
After I shot the suspect, I immediately patched him down and rendered first aid. I also apologized to him for the inconvenience.
However, the suspect then began to mix OOC (out of character) with IC (in character). He said that he was going to an OOC event and that I had broken the ghetto rules. I was confused by this, but I decided to let him go anyway.
Now about me being in ghetto part: I ran out of patrol and decided to go to the nearest gas station before my car would stop. I was taught that that gas station in his POV was not ghetto and was just an entrance so I went there and as soon as I took the turn to get out of there, the following up situation occurred. This is my fault for having false knowledge!
I understand that I may have made some mistakes in this situation. I apologize for entering the gas station, which is located in the ghetto. However, I did not mean to disrespect anyone.
