Dear Managers
I was penalised with Gen 6.17 (6.17 The use of OBS and similar software for registrations is prohibited. All skins must be saved. | 30 days ban). I think this is a misunderstanding because I have never used OBS before. I am screen recording with Nvidia geforce expirience and xbox game bar on my pc. I would like to prove this with screenshots.

I think that the problems of audio and video stuttering here are caused by game optimisation.
