I hear it as "have". Also why is it when I say "I don't have a gun in my hand" very clearly, he responds "yea, I see I see, sir" instead of "No, that you HAD a weapon out"

Okay, I did have that out in hand that is true. I still believe this to be fail RP. How would you know if the gun is behind my body. From FPV, you would not see that , the rear end height of my car blocks that view too.

How did your character know i had it in hand when the angle of my body and the rear end heigh is blocking your characters view. You can say you saw some suspicious action but that you saw a gun? My gun is literally away as you are exiting your vehicle. Why couldnt you clearly communicate that you "HAD" seen a gun in my hand as well?
