Rejected remove ban

i goes washroom for 10 min and in game i am doing exerise i wasnt infront computer for 10 min
there one more player in sleeping mode for 1 hour in same exerise but he didnt get ban
the admin ban me for 60 days i bought pass and prime ticket and school everything going to waste please remove the ban
