Shay made a final decision on a forum about how i went out of zone and it was considered Event Rule 1.11 but when event rule is
1.11 During events with a red circles, all players must be inside a red circle. Shooting outside the zone is forbidden. | Jail 120 min
but its not a red circle since its Bizwar, Event Rule 1.11 applies to Turfs, BM raid, Gang Raid, Gun Store, ETC. All those event u can still see the inside of the event even when there is a perimeter that is why u cant shoot from outside since u need to be inside but Bizwar is a zone that even if your outside u can see what is going on inside and when u go in u cant go out or u wont be able to enter again that is why i think this decision is unfair since a lot of people do this to get better peeks on people and its never been a rule break/Problem till now.
