From the forum's POV, you can easily see how his friends shot me from the roof ( which can be ER 1.1 ) and I was away from the ATM after the demands still they shot me.
But Luke didn't give any punishment to the guys above the roof its clear that they were the only guys present in the situation from the Drone Cam.
IK how hard it is to be in the admin position but in this situation, it's clear they broke rules but still they were not punished.

I know but it's easy to punish the guy who gave me demands cuz I was outside the area of operation and still they shot me.
