Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1.
I am confident in my ability to take on a leadership role within the families due to my extensive knowledge of group dynamics and my history of leading in diverse and demanding role-play situations. Over the course of my criminal experiences, I have been part of several gangs and held positions that required leadership, gaining valuable insight into the intricacies of gang dynamics. This hands-on experience has given me the knowledge and insight to make informed decisions and expertly tackle complex role-playing scenarios.

My background in different roles has showed strong leadership skills within me. I’ve showcased my capability to lead teams, distribute tasks, and foster conflict resolution, all vital for maintaining a healthy and stable gang. In addition, I possess problem-solving skills, essential for tackling the diverse challenges that can arise in any criminal gang environment.

I’m committed to guiding The Families towards a positive transformation. Using my past experiences, I understand the challenges and opportunities. I plan to introduce programs for personal growth, education, and community involvement to improve gang members lives beyond their current activities. My goal is to lead them toward a more positive path while keeping their characteristics intact.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. I will run all events. With the help of my deputies and a few of the biggest families in the cities. I am sure that I will meet the weekly goals targeting ( 45 events)
2. I will see if its possible to make a more
bigger community to conclude a Partnership with other gangs as it requires a lot of confidence and trust from both gangs sides.
3. We will try to achieve “terrorist organization” since the Martial Law is effective. It will be 1 of my goals since no other gang was ever concluded as terrorist org by the NG.
4. I strongly believe that i will achieve 100% in the capture of the territories. I have a capture team that consists of the most elite shooters in the city, as i will encourage them with a gross salary to keep the motivation so they can carry on the hard work.
