2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I have been Role-playing for about 2 years and rolling both RageMulpiayer and FIVEM. During this time I have given myself tasks and goals to improve myself to know how to handle different situations as a Role-player in order to make a safer and entertaining RP environment for others or those who will be flying in and that will be my duty as Leader if i do get a chance to pursue myself as an Leader . Within these years I have managed To know how every Organization works from all departments being a part of all of them and leading them. From Organizations to private organizations such as FIB and Life Invader. I have managed to become leader twice on both illegal and Legal org so I have knowledge from both sides which will make my job as Leader way more easier.
- Along the way i have met great people around the world that includes the biggest families in the game. With my knowledge and both leaderships skills i can easly lead the organstions with no effort.
- The city is growing and along with that people will grow as well that being with server rules and roleplay experience and that is what i want to give to the new commers to the city. I have experience dealing with new people in city and happy to glad them way through my term and making sure that they enjoy the RolePlay i Will be giving to them and the people of grand rp. My goal is make sure i leave an impact with people not just admins.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I see most gangs have numbers but not active which is a problem i wish to bring people in whom will be active and contribute to the gang within this the gang will be unstoppable.
My aim is first official terrorist org in the city and the most dangerous how will i be doing well its simple. I will be focusing on scripted and non scripted. I will be engangign more with other gangs for non scripted events such as hostage situations and creating rp situations with other gangs that way crime can dominate.
I will be focusing on turfs as my turf team is going to be the most elite. I will be bringing in old gen players from different grp servers from german to english the best only for turf. The aim is to get 100% if not then we will be focusing on 80% captures.

I know i dont have the best leadership history however i learn from my mistakes and this time many people have encouraged me to apply for leadership mostly my turfs that alone gave me hope that i will lead for the best for myself and those who have asked me as well as my supports thank you
