Dear admin i was shopping in the mall and when i got out this guys start shooting me whithout saying anything also without his work clothes fib or lspd or whatever his job is. after that he killed a random guy as well and still with no reason
- he cuffed me without saying anything !
-he patched the other guy without saying anything as well! he also took me to jail

Doesnt have to say when cuffing as the script says it.
