The history of how Mia Hill came to be who she is now is very convoluted, but we will explain everything to you. She wasn't like the other kids when we saw her for the first time; she was intelligent and always wanted to hurt others for some reason, but her parents always pushed that desire to the side, which is something that they should have never done. She started to grow worse and worse, getting into trouble at school, quitting school, and doing other things. Her parents warned her that she was on the wrong road, but she chose not to listen. As she grew older, she started to get better, becoming more and more intelligent and reading books, but when she was older, she started to fall behind. When she returned from work one evening and discovered her n father lying on the floor, and mother she was furious. She called the police, who arrived, and she made a poor decision by killing them. She was arrested the next day and blamed the police for what happened and for not being there in time. She spent 20 years in prison with no prospects for release, so she changed her face and identity and relocated to a new city far away. However, few people were aware of her new location. And that is the situation we are in right now with the Mia Hill Promise to keep it up. She would be a good officer or whatever she does in her life, even if she had to do corrupt things, so be it to her she make sure that the city of Los Santos is a good city and nothing bad happens like what happen to her.

The next part of our story is about the career that Mia Hill has had. Before she was known as Mia Hill, she was known by the name Mia Calipso in City 1, but things happened there and the police discovered her engaging in gang activity. but before that she was a very good lawyer in city 1 but she was constantly assisting others in getting out of jail, and she didn't like that she was doing it. So she decided to help more people, so she went to SHAP and helping out the gang, which she got caught being a corrupt cop in the end spending only a year in jail before being released and join a gang she had some of her friends with her but the gang got caught robbing a store but she was the only one able to make it out. She become a good cop for FIB. However, she was unhappy with the fact that she could not do more for the community and FIB knew that she had previously been a corrupt police officer, so Mia end up moving to city 3 She changed her name to Mia Hill and joined FIB as the DHOD of CID to see if it would be better in a different city but. However, she didn't enjoy it there enough so she decided to go to SAHP since she had been given an offer from one of her good friends she went there to try it out and to try and make a difference in the new city that Mia is in and she would do what ever Corrupt things she had to do.
Outcomes:
1- Mia can break and go against IC laws constantly and use his position within the SAHP to his advantage
2-Mia can sell, use and keep illegal items that he got/picked from criminals or his friends or bought from the black market and can also use BM as a place to sell illegal items (No org items)
3- Mia can help suspects/unconsciousness escape jail (darknet) or from custody, take bribes and weapons (Up to 100k), reduce their sentence, and remove them from the wanted list or even remove himself from wanted list if needed.
4- Mia can refuse to show her ID.
5- Mia is able to torture people for answers and for bothering his detectives and him.
6-Mia can do illegal activities due to his criminal past. (cant go against LEOs)
8- Mia can lie about requesting a lawyer, can deny the right to an attorney not to show his ID to any suspect.
9- Mia can break anyone's body cameras. (Using /try breaks bodycam and SSD) [2 times max per situation]
10- Mia can accept bribes. (max 100,000$)
