Upon reviewing the evidence I have decided to Deny this report .
ID 118655 his voice is not audible in the POV while his using MIC .
he is using mic three times in time stamp ( 0:40 to 0:50 ) .
Make a new forum and provide proper POV with all sounds audible in it .
