Hello Dear Chief Admin Lebron,
Yesterday i blacklisted someone from our Organisation LSPD for getting 3/3 Strikes + He Did Accepted that he will do a Case File Against us, which is sabotage to an Org.
He got a ban because of me.
Here: Approved - GR 3.1 I 94823
Where i told him dont use Radio and the departmenet (off duty). As they are internal rules + I want to mention the way Masta is asking for proofs and saying i dont care i want proof of a whole IC situation is wrong. why their is a organisation named GOV for. the person can remove his blacklist from the help of an Attorney but he posted a forum against me.
I want you (if free) or Any Senior admin to check the curator chat of LSPD Discord. Masta is forcing us to send him IC proof because of an OOC forum (which a RP Situation)
Not to mention also, He also said why their is Rule 1.8 For state which mentions about law is wrote by Goverment and it should be followed by everyone. We followed the State rules + Internal rules, where in Charter (which Jaden Russo Signed as well) we already mentioned that you cannot Use Department/Radio off duty.
1/3: Failure to do Logs.(Internal Rule)
2/3: Using Departement/Radio off duty. (Internal Rule)
3/3: Accepted that will do a case file against LSPD.(State Rule)
Masta is forcing us to gather proofs again and again of a IC Blackist where Jaden Russo doesnt have proof in his forums for any curroption or MG.
Masta trying to interfear in RP also because an Internal Blacklist is IC.
Note: Gonna put this forum as a Jail Punishment.
