hello i was recently banned for ER 1.7, in this report Approved - Cheats + Pov Req | 24682.
im making this forum post to explain my side of situation and hope i could get my ban reduced.
at the time this situation took place, i was not aware of any event going on as i just got into the server, i spawned at my family house and as soon as i stepped out i started to get shot at and killed because there was a fam raid going on, unfortunately i did not have my pov recording program running at this time so i had no pov to provide to this report.. i record every event i go to but in this situation it was unexpected and i didnt have time to start it, im not one known to break rules constantly or cheat on the server.
i also want to addressee that the person filing the report didnt even follow the rules for filing a complaint IMPORTANT - Rules for filling a complaint
"Evidence is cropped or edited (must be 1 minute+(exceptions might be, when you can understand the whole situation for less than 1 min))"
he uploaded a 20 second clip of me being unconscious and trying to finish me and said it was cheats, when its a known bug.. he didnt even show the entire situation how i died fairly and did end up getting finished. he stated in the forum that he also has a 15 minute pov but when the admin requested him to upload and provide the extended pov he did not and the admin made his decision to approve the thread..
