Me and my partner Marco Morozov were shot by a blood gang member in our chopper while attending a hostage situation, i avoided the shots and we proceeded to locate the member to tell him to stop and he shot me out of the chopper. I also believe this was from an unaccessable roof but i am not 100%.

Also Your POV doesnt show the whole situation to determine a rule break from bloods during hostage situation
