We want to bring to your attention a violation committed by the Mandem Family, specifically in regard to ER 1.8, which clearly states that transferring family members between families for family wars or business wars is strictly forbidden. We have solid evidence to support our claim.

Here are the proofs:

09.10.2023 he was playing with Mandem in the family war

The proof we have revolves around ID 40, who was actively participating with Mandem Family in the recent family war, while his main family affiliation is with Omerta. We refrained from reporting this violation earlier because we were awaiting a response from Fstoq DeAcry, who is responsible for the family war event. Unfortunately, we never received a response from him.

Given the lack of communication from Fstoq DeAcry and the urgency of the matter, we decided to submit our complaint today. We suspect that there might be other individuals aside from ID 40 who have also violated ER 1.8.

We kindly request that the senior administrators thoroughly investigate this situation and provide us with a timely response.

as u konw at last fam war my familly got fam warnning for reson event 1.8 by fastoq and fastoq was going to remove our fam war from us . and that was becouse id 950 help us in fam war . and this 950 is old fam member and he leave 1 week to help his freind to lead his fam and his gang . so i hope u Give to me and my members Justice and let us play the fam war .

I would like to address a specific issue related to event rule 1.8, which states that it is forbidden to transfer family members between families for family wars or business wars. This rule does not specify the timing for such transfers. Before inviting ID 40 to our family, there were about 1-2 days left until the family war, as far as I've heard.

Secondly, it appears that you, Mr. Nayan, have been singling out Mandem Family. This is the third post you've made about the same matter. In the past, Chanuch rejected your claim because two days had passed since the incident. Now, you've initiated a forum post against Fstoq, which suggests that he also rejected event rule 1.8.

I'd like to remind you, Nayan, that in a previous family war, Erkan Ug approached our leader and asked for some of our players to help you win the famwar. We refused to provide any players due to the potential rule-breaking involved. Now, after losing the family war against us, it seems you're trying to have us disqualified. If this is how things are going to be, why should Mandem Family participate in events at all? In this EN3 server, we've been playing for a while and have not violated any event rules. While we might have faced bans for not posting our point of view in time, we addressed the issue promptly. We've thoroughly reviewed and checked the internet connections and point of views of our players before the family war and major events.

I'd like to clarify that ID 40 has always been a part of Mandem Family, as the higher admins can confirm. He might have briefly joined another family for a week or two at most, but he has predominantly remained with Mandem. We didn't need to transfer players to bolster our family's ranks for the family war. Our roster had over 30 players ready to participate.

In conclusion, I want to express our gratitude by saying "Alhamdulillah, Rab Alalim."
