He said it legal because you didn't provide evidence of other player holding that rev as I told before that if a person is holding that rev and is hiding somewhere in dark clothes, you will get advantage to spot him by his rev because its too luminous

It dont look like this in normal gta graphics u using redux as u say it mean your redux make it glow than your redux is also illegal
