ID's 39662 and 54626 will receive punishment for General Rule 6.15
General Rule 6.15: When outside the ghetto, you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them.
They demanded you to leave the area, which you did not do, and decided to shoot without demands or RP even as the player said they were leaving.
