ID 49510 will receive a punishment for General Rule 6.15 and Fail-RP
Shooting began immediately after the demand was given without allowing them time to comply.
Additionally, you need 4 people and 2 cars to give demands to put hands up and rob someone which ID 49510 didn't have.
ID 33566 will not receive punishment since they issued proper demands with RP reason, apologized for their friends mistake, and instructed them to stop issuing further demands.
