In this POV I can see three things number one they were shooting at fib that was on the scene number 2 they were also shooting at random civilian cars driving pass and number three I can also see several if I be agents on the roof where ng landed as fib place down a global therefore this family has not only broken the several rules themselves but also put civilians lives at risk when they were shooting at random cars going past
