There were batteries next to the military area and when we went there
The police came and said these batteries were theirs ID 45438 in proof pov he said in min 1.30 that he is the owner of the batteries and ID 3310 in proof pov in min 1.33 he said that all NG can proof that the batteries belong to them .
There was 26 a battery ,Then they called their friends from the police to protect these batteries
ID 13659 he is with them and he with his friends from police in the rest of proof pov he wants to find anything wrong with me and the rest of the family to can arrest us all so they can take the batteries.
When they did not find anything wrong with us, they arrested me without a reason and put me in a car to make the members of the Family shoot them to free me, so that they would have a reason to kill all the members of the Family, but that did not happen, so they arrested half of the members of the Family without a reason and took them to prison.
as you can see in proof pov and pov 1 they leave me in car from 20.49 to 21.01 game time until they can take all batteries and then they free me
No one told me why I was arrested. No one told me my rights
They just left me for 12 minutes without taking any action with me just for they and other police officer take the batteries

Ok so they broke so many IC rules which include PC 3.1.6 Banditry , PC 3.11 Attempted murder of a public servant. and we have all rights to search them and detain them the area i will attach my pov which is quite long and i tried to RP whole time as its hard to RP if they just are greedy for Battery he didnt gave the POV why he was in cuffs . and the area belongs to NG the yellow circle I promise admins me and my people didnt broke any ooc rule we followed everything

Dear, Admins.


First of all, this gentleman is reporting us for doing our job, we were guarding the gates normally and suddenly we got reports of 10-10s and we responded. We saw solar panels with multiple people open carrying and brandishing firearm. and also like he said ''There were batteries next to the military area and when we went there....'' He and his members where stealing a property that doesn't belong to them or to us. We have full ic reason to start investigations and they were in part of yellow zone which means we have all the right to detain and investigate. And he is saying '' ID 13659 he wants to find anything wrong'' i latterly just asked for gun license as they were using guns and vest's and after him showing the gun license i asked him respectfully for search permission that i didn't even have to ask after what we saw. (if you see his Pov he is using fam radio while being on cuffs, i don't know what kind of power this gentleman have)





At time 4:27 in his Pov, he started treating as he said '' if you help us protect the solar panels with us none is going to shoot and if you don't protect with us you have to fight us'' Like do he thinks that The San andreas Army will be scared of him, OfCourse we will Take this as a terrorist treath. (Big man, things the army is a joke) and also he is reporting us for taking the batteries and as you can see i told him we don't need the batteries. We did our work and we went back to the base normally.


Additional info: This family did the same thing multiple times so we knew what is going to happen. (we knew the family from the family dress)

So, i don't see any rule break, this is litterly our job.

They did break ic rules which include.

PC 3.11 Attempted murder of a public servant.

PC 2.10.6 Robbery

PC 2.5.3 Open carrying

PC 2.5.2 Overcarrying

PC 3.5 Failure to comply

Btw: We did let him go Because we thought that 25mins did past and he was informed why he was being detained, so we followed the rules, and we did let him go.

The guy is trying to decieve admins everything is a lie no leo took battery the battery were taken by their guys

ID 17861 will receive a punishment for Gen 6.4 (Stealing a solar panel)
ID 15145 will receive a punishment for Mixing.

Your POV doesn't show/indicate any Leo stole any of the solar panels.

The voice that said "these are my panels" came from ID 23426, which this person is not visible in the POV as there is a texture/visual bug because of so many players where near by. It was NOT said by ID 45438. (which is very clear by both voices that they are different)

They have IC reason to search you as within the legislations it states-

Yellow zone of Fort Zancudo A region surrounding Fort Zancudo, controlled and patrolled by the National Guard. Within this zone, the National Guard holds the right to stop and detain any individual for identification. They may perform bodily and vehicular searches, aswell as serve the individual a notice of trespass.

You where told you where being detained, you can go to government and sue the officer if you feel you where miss treated.

If you don't want to fall into a situation with Leos and be detained and to where you will be searched etc, don't plant solar panels in an area that is controlled and patrolled by the National Guard.
