While I was operating my vehicle, I noticed a law enforcement officer
behind me who appeared to want me to stop. However, it was clear that the officer was alone in the vehicle, and therefore unable to use the typical equipment (such as the radar)
to signal me to pull over.
Instead of following standard procedure and signaling for me to stop, the officer initiated contact by ramming my vehicle
without any prior warning or legitimate reason for doing so. No verbal or visual commands were given to indicate the need for a traffic stop.
I request that an investigation be conducted, including the review of the officer's point of view (POV) to assess the situation accurately. In accordance with the standard practice, law enforcement officers are required to maintain their POV records for a minimum of 48 hours.
This incident, in my view, represents unprofessional conduct by the officer and has left me with a concerning experience in the context of my participation in the Grand RP environment.
