Rejected GR 1.3/BY 55960 and 49126

I am new in this game and the person 55960 posted an AD that he is selling 60 GC [battle pass] so I contacted him and we decided to done the deal for 3Million. after that we met at the decided location and he started emphasizing on transfering the money first and then he will gift me the battle pass.I transfered the money as per our deal but he ran away without meeting his end of the deal. In this whole scam ID 49126 was a equal part. I request You to please take a strict action and ban the scammer and his friend who was accompaning him in this whole scam .I request you if possible to return back my money as i am a new player. all mentioned above is also present in my POV please refer to it.
