Hello Dear Forumer /LEO RP'er and Administration, Here is my pov of said situation, he did not budge at my demands, Took 20 minutes to get there in the first place, then refused to comply and died based on the grounds of 1.10 Gang members on their HQ can kill everybody in case if you do not agree with their demands." You refused my demands that I emphasied and followed the LEOS (Ignored hostage as well and started shooting while we had 2 hostages) I think its a clear Verbal To National Guard and LSPD

1) you mentioned that marabunta said 4 leos to come to hq which is incorrect its one of your people who said and bunta clearly said only 3 leos and they giving them permission to enter hq only like that
2) Title is incorrect as even if its was any rule break its only id 42498 so its not whole marabunta
3) ID 42498 gave demends which bearly i can hear in your pov but Ghetto Rule 1.10 mention - Gang members on their HQ can kill everybody in case if you do not agree with their demands.
4) will still tell marabunta leader to becareful in this case for the future
