In the recent hostage situation, we had the leader of the National Guard and high command taken hostage. I initially demanded 400,000 for the leader and 300,000 for the high command. However, the negotiator rejected these demands and offered 500,000 instead. After some back and forth with the Leos, we presented our final demand of 650,000, but they still refused to accept it. It appeared to me that they were deliberately trying to provoke us into harming the hostages, ultimately achieving their goal of getting This situation resulted in a failed roleplay scenario.

As you can see, we were engaged in negotiations when they opted to pressure the roleplay situation by presenting a final offer. I had no intention to continue negotiating and was focused on reducing the price for a more enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, it appears that they were dissatisfied with this approach. Additionally, they have been repeatedly engaging in hostage situations in the ghetto, which is not in line with the type of roleplay we appreciate. It seems that this gang primarily relies on forcing roleplay and creating situations in the ghetto.

To provide some context, they initiated the conflict by opening fire, despite our peaceful intentions. Despite this, we successfully managed the situation and maintained the roleplay.

In a situation like this, LEOs can try to negotiate. At the end of the day, you have hostages and they are worth money.

LEOs here, are aware that the hostages are worth money to you. What is happening here, is still considered RP. Gangs are free to to continue the talk, maybe even bring up the hostage, and really make it believable that the hostage will be killed. You had multiple moments to make it really clear that you would harm the hostages if they did not bring you the money.

You did not and kept it only to a verbal talk. The negotiations was still on going by the other Marabunta members, where it was almost agreed upon for the 600k, while ID 950 decided to stop negotiating and open fire.

For the future, I would advise to try to stay calm in a situation like that, you have hostages, you have the powerplay at that moment. You can continue to verbally threaten the LEOs that you will harm the hostage, after which you can proceed to actually go and Roleplay that you are harming the hostage.

If LEOs do not comply then, then it for sure is Fail RP. If you lose your cool, then its actually not FAIL RP, its actually a Role Play situation where you lost your cool and decided to open fire.

Therefore, there shall be no punishments for this complaint.
