Rejected Admin rejecting my forum without enough evidence

Dear admin , So i made a forum about a cheater ( ID: 13386) who was pre firing when i was peeking him and unfortunately the admin rejected my forum even without asking for his POV. So i would like you to check the forum again and see the clip again because we dont like the fact that cheaters will ruin this server if this guys dont get punishment, and thanks for helping.

You suspected the guy of cheats in my eyes there was no sort of suspicion that the guy was hacking it was a casual fight both of you died at the same time and just to be sure that the guy was not cheating i confirmed with a higher up and he wrote "and what's wrong with the shooting, they killed each other at the same time"

I'm talking about the first shot, and all i asked is the POV of that guy, don't i have right to ask POV of someone? I think everyone has the right to ask for POV if they see something suspicious, nothing wrong with that right?
